Overview

Do you have patients who present with headaches?

Not sure how to differentiate between common headache conditions and cervicogenic headaches?

The first half of this online course will outline key considerations in the differential diagnosis of common headache conditions presented to physiotherapists using a clinical reasoning framework and complex cases.

The second half of the course will focus on how to identify key contributing factors to cervicogenic headache including an assessment of the sensory, articular, and neuro-muscular systems. You will then learn how to individualize treatment based on these factors.

Join the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association to better understand differential diagnoses of headaches, with a focus on the assessment and individualized management of cervicogenic headaches.
