Course Overview:

This is not a course about movement, mechanics or manual therapy. It is about what we need as a profession and what you need as a physiotherapist. It will challenge you to think outside of the box.

Join Vince Cunanan and Jasdeep Dhir on this pre-recorded webinar to discuss the direction do we need to go as a profession to ensure we build momentum, gain public attention and work together collaboratively.

Topics Discussed:

  • How do you incorporate the biopsychosocial model into your physiotherapy practice? How do you screen for non-biological factors?
  • Is research congruent with clinical priorities?
  • How to you use social media to market your practice.
  • What does the orthopaedic division provide to CPA members and how can I become apart of the community?
  • Do we have a unified voice as a profession? Does it matter?
  • Advice for new graduates looking for their first job.
