We then added the 1 day course for internal pelvic floor therapists in 2015 followed by our Pre/Postnatal course in 2018. We launched the Core Confidence and Pre/Post course online in 2018 and it is now time to get the internal therapist course online too!
  • We have held an internal course in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. Now we can reach therapists anywhere with the course fully online.

The instructors
Bellies Inc

Bellies Inc. was founded in 2010 by 3 moms working independently in Pre/Post Natal Fitness and Physiotherapy who had visions of more effective and innovative strategies for core health and wellness in pregnancy and for new moms. They set out with an intention of bringing the traditional practices of Mother Roasting to North American women and designed a comprehensive product – The Ab System to help women prepare for birth, recover with the use of belly wrapping and restore form and function with their core confidence exercise program. As they were developing their product they had other fitness professionals seeking guidance and wanting to learn more of the Bellies Inc ‘secret sauce’. In 2013 the three taught a test course to a team of eager trainers and that then launched the education division of Bellies Inc. Bellies Inc Education offers live and online courses for fitness and movement professionals, physiotherapists, midwives, doulas, and other allied health professionals wanting to know more about women’s health and fitness, specifically the pelvic floor and abdominal wall. While they were among the first the launch a course of this nature, they recognized early on that they wouldn’t be the only and they would need to evolve with the research and with their own clinical experience. They have and the courses they teach now are much different than that first course in 2013! Their personal experience as mothers, their clinical experience as trainers and a physiotherapist bring a well rounded and unique perspective to the course.
