Overview

Do your patients continually struggle with pain and fail to make functional improvements with traditional treatments?

Are you frustrated with not being able to do more and help them experience less pain?

Learn how functional nutrition can improve your patient outcomes, reverse chronic pain and transform your practice.

This online course will change how you treat your patients – helping them to heal and recover faster.

The Western diet, along with a sedentary lifestyle is pro-inflammatory and can lead to a number of chronic diseases encountered in physiotherapy practice. Optimizing nutrition is a powerful way to halt and reverse many chronic pain syndromes. Diet and nutrition are key components of primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention of many conditions managed by physiotherapists. It is the role of the physiotherapists to screen for and provide information on diet and nutrition to patients and the community. The integration of functional nutrition into physiotherapy practice is an evidence-based approach for resolving chronic pain and fast becoming a best practice.

Functional nutrition improves patient outcomes and expands the scope of services available to patients, referral sources and communities.

Join Joe Tatta, a physical therapist and founder of the Integrative Pain Science Institute, for this one hour introduction to learn how you can integrate functional nutrition into your practice.
