Clinic Academy on Embodia

Please note that this feature is only accessible to the clinic manager.

Please note that this feature is only available for Academy Pro Clinics.

Before starting to add webinars to your Clinic Academy, you need to purchase a Zoom Webinar license from Zoom.

Once purchased, you can connect your own Zoom account to Embodia to allow us to manage webinars on Zoom on your behalf so that when you schedule a webinar on Embodia, a corresponding webinar on Zoom will automatically be created.

 

Adding your Zoom Webinar account to Embodia

To add your Zoom Webinar account to Embodia, click on My clinic > Academy > Webinar credentials:

Click Connect my Zoom Webinar license. This will redirect you to Zoom. Once you sign in to your Zoom account, you will be prompted to accept the request from Embodia to connect to your Zoom account. If you would like to proceed, click on Allow, and your Zoom Webinar account will be connected to Embodia.

Removing your Zoom Webinar account from Embodia

If you no longer want to connect your Zoom Webinar account to Embodia, you will be able to disconnect your account directly on Zoom:

  1. Log in to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage > Added Apps or search for the Embodia for Webinars app.
  3. Click the Embodia for Webinars app.
  4. Click *Remove.

By disconnecting your Zoom account from Embodia, you deauthorize Embodia from managing webinars on Zoom on your behalf and you will no longer be able to schedule webinars on Embodia.
