Train the Trainer Part 5: Analytics

You can opt-in to receive a notification about certain activities that take place in your courses. You can receive:

• A daily summary email of the latest feedback and survey responses,
• A summary email when an attendee completes the course,
• An email when an attendee completes an exam attempt, and
• An email when someone purchases the course

To opt into any of these notifications go to Education > My Courses > Courses I manage.

This will display all the courses that you manage. Next to each of your courses, you will find a series of icons. When you hover over them, they will explain what each means.

If the icon is green you have opted into the notification:

• Icon 1: Lets you know if you are receiving a daily summary of the latest feedback and survey responses 
• Icon 2: Lets you know if are receiving a summary email when an attendee completes a course 
• Icon 3: Lets you know if you are receiving an email when an attendee completes an exam attempt
• Icon 4: Lets you know if you are receiving an email when someone purchases the course

When you click on any of the 4 icons, you will be presented with a pop-up where you can select if you would like to receive any of these notifications:

Click Submit to save your preferred notification settings.
